Yvonne Frederiksen

Yvonne advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on discrimination law, industrial relations, restrictive covenants and health and safety at work. Other areas of special expertise include bonus and incentives as well as collective bargaining. Yvonne is considered a leading expert on discrimination law in Denmark and is the head of Norrbom Vinding’s discrimination practice. She is also a very experienced litigator, both before the Danish courts (including the Supreme Court) and the European Court of Justice. Yvonne is an Officer in the International Bar Association’s Diversity and Equality Law Committee and a member of the committee on procedural law under the Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society. She was also Vice-Chair of the Danish Employment Lawyers from 2007 to 2013.
