Sarah Clarke

Sarah’s practice involves advising both private and public sector clients in relation to their most complex employment and labour law matters including workplace and regulatory investigations, employment disputes, compliance projects and change management. Her client base spans a variety of sectors, including finance, manufacturing, technology, education and those operating in the ‘disruptive brands’ space.

Having spent time in-house at one of Australia’s largest financial institutions, Sarah understands the importance of providing strategic and commercial advice to enable her clients to achieve their business and organisational objectives. She is recognised for her client-centric, practical and thoughtful approach.

Sarah’s practice has also included contribution to various global compliance projects, global policy and contract reviews, cross-border restructures, and relocations and terminations of senior employees for both multinational and overseas clients, and as such she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in these areas to the Alliance.
