Rohit Kochhar

Rohit Kochhar has rich and varied experience of over 33 years in advising numerous Fortune 500 companies (including major US, European and Japanese corporations) on a host of Indian law issues. He also sits on the board of many Indian subsidiaries of multinational corporations.

Rohit has special expertise in advising clients on complex and contentious employee retrenchment issues including handling sensitive litigation matters in various Indian courts. Rohit also heads the White Collar Crime and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Practice (POSH) at the Firm, and is hailed as India’s leading practitioner in these areas. He regularly advises and conducts training programs for clients, including workshops for executives, senior management and members of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as well as town hall meetings.
