Luc Bihain

Luc regularly advises companies facing occupational accidents or safety controls, problems with employee well-being at work, and business criminal law. Conflict management involving issues of fraud is a topic of particular interest to him.

Luc secured his law degree in 1989 at the University of Liège. He is member of the Brussels and Liège Bar. Luc regularly advises clients with respect to the status and function of corporate bodies, including delegation of authority, organizing decision-making structures, corporate governance and corporate law. He drafts a wide variety of contracts including management agreements, mandates, service contracts and agency contracts, and assists clients in negotiating these contracts. Luc also has extensive experience in legal proceedings involving trade disputes, contract disputes and directors’ liability issues. Luc is a regular speaker at internal and external seminars and has also published several legal articles.
