Juan Carlos Valera

Juan Carlos practises labour and employment law. He graduated from the Universidad de Lima Law School, and pursued further studies in the area of safety and health at work at Universidad ESAN. He has broad experience in advising on occupational safety and health, procedures for the termination of employment, preparation and revision of internal work regulations, employment contracts and terms of employment. He also has extensive experience in management, representation and monitoring of employment litigation and administrative procedures.

Juan Carlos is a regular speaker at national legal seminars and is the author of a number of legal articles. He is a member of the Lima Bar Association and the Athina Iuris Association (Universidad de Lima´s Athina Magazine).
