Iwona Jaroszewska-Ignatowska

Iwona deals with industrial relations, negotiations with trade unions, redundancies and collective disputes, discrimination and mobbing. She has also advised employers on matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic, in particular obtaining state aid and remote work issues. She participated in the work of the parliamentary commission on the ‘European’ amendment of the Labour Code and in the Brussels Social Dialogue programme at the European Union, and has also worked at the Constitutional Tribunal Office.

Iwona is a frequent speaker at conventions and conferences, and is a lecturer in post-graduate labour law programmes. She runs workshops on labour law for HR departments and staff responsible for managing employees. She is the author of numerous publications in journals and academic books and a co-author of encyclopaedias and comments on labour and HR law. Iwona is highly ranked in employment law by international rankings such as Chambers Europe.
