Heidi is an expert in employment and industrial law. She is well-accomplished in assisting clients to implement policies and approaches to ensure compliance across international jurisdictions and to address issues of performance or misconduct as they arise.
Heidi presents workplace training programs to educate employers and employees about discrimination, harassment, misuse of company computer facilities, and bullying in the workplace. She also works closely with clients to identify, assess and address risks of modern slavery in operations and supply chains in compliance with the Modern Slavery Act.
