Carol is a senior associate in the firm’s corporate M&A and regulatory practice. She provides advice to national and international companies on corporate and civil matters as well as on mergers & acquisitions. She has extensive experience providing advice to national and international companies on regulatory matters, including administrative procedures, state concessions, protection of personal data and bankruptcy law. She advises national and international companies on administrative proceedings before government authorities, operating permits, licenses and registrations. She also has experience in matters concerning state contracting, including advice on selection procedures, disciplinary proceedings, means of challenge, procedures before the National Registry of Suppliers and disciplinary procedures before the Tribunal for Public Procurement.
