Nicholas Ellery

Nick is trusted by senior executives and boards of leading businesses to get to the heart of any workforce issue and to deliver a clear solution.

He has advised businesses on collective bargaining disputes, complex compliance challenges relating to payroll systems, employment issues associated with business acquisitions, insourcing and outsourcing, and similar matters in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, mining, health, retail, government, construction, manufacturing and agriculture. He has also assisted businesses in investigation and litigation arising from serious safety incidents, and on investigations into serious workplace conduct issues such as corruption, sexual harassment and bullying.

Nicholas is a board member at the Employment Law Centre of Western Australia and a national committee member at the Australian Labour Law Association.
