The date for implementation of new whistleblowers’ rules in the EU is fast approaching: 17 December 2021. In this webinar, lawyers from a range of EU countries update us on the implementation status of their countries and discuss issues including union consultation and the possibility of civil or criminal liability if an employer fails follow the new rules. We also look at what happens if a country doesn’t transpose the new rules before the deadline: what do employers need to do in those circumstances?

Ius Laboris employment law firms participating in this webinar are: Kliemt.HR (Germany), Capstan (France), NITSCHNEIDER & PARTNERS (Slovakia), and Raczkowski (Poland).
