Guillaume Bordier

Guillaume specialises in employment law, particularly the employment law aspects of business transfers and restructuring, as well as employee share incentive and savings schemes. He speaks regularly at conferences and seminars and also gives lectures on remuneration and restructuring as it concerns employment. He has published widely on employee profit-sharing and employee savings schemes, particularly for the Juris-Classeur Travail Traité publication.

Guillaume Bordier is also one of the partners in charge of Capstan’s international activities within Ius Laboris. He works regularly with the alliance’s member firms on international project management and advises several foreign groups on issues pertaining to human resources management in France.
