Stefano de Luca Tamajo

Stefano de Luca Tamajo graduated from the University degli Studi Napoli Federico II in 2005 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2008. He specialises in employment law and labour law, with a particular focus on the employment issues arising from corporate restructuring and transfers of undertakings, as well as employment litigation. Stefano advises multinational companies on a daily basis, and as a certified Ius Laboris project manager he participates in multi-jurisdictional matters handled by Ius Laboris. He has collaborated with the Professors of Employment and Labour Law at the University of Salerno, where he also lectured on employment law. He is the author of several articles and publications on employment law aspects relating to transfers of undertakings.
