Florencia is experienced in individual and collective employment law and litigation, representing national and multinational companies including airlines and banks. She provides advice and legal counsel in employment matters including individual dismissals, restructuring, disputes, global mobility, international assignments, and transfer of employees. She has also completed several postgraduate studies in labour, social security and immigration matters.
