COP29, held in November 2024, once again underscored the critical role of technological advancements and the green transition in shaping our future. However, there is a crucial intersection where these trends intersect with gender issues. Building on the discussions from COP29, and in collaboration with the World Employment Confederation, we’ve shared our thoughts on how technological progress and the green transition impact gender inequalities, as well as the key areas to consider when addressing these trends.
