Violeta Kirova has vast experience in advising clients from a number of industry sectors on all labour and employment law aspects of their activities. Her areas of expertise include general overview and advice on the Bulgarian employment legal system, structuring employment relationships within a business, drafting employment documentation such as internal rules and procedures, standard agreements, specific agreements with senior staff members or management agreements, termination and collective redundancies. A major part of her work involves advising on the implementation of incentive schemes and arrangements, advice on tax and social security matters, and collective bargaining.
