Valeria Morosini

Thanks to her truly international background (DEA in Paris X, as well as internships in the US and France with Ius Laboris member firms), Valeria’s daily practice largely involves international matters on a wide variety of employment law issues, ranging from collective redundancies and international assignments to restructuring processes and immigration issues. She also specialises in flexible working policies and heads the firm’s dedicated team. She regularly coordinates complex cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions.

Valeria is the Italian Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association. She is also the Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Diversity & Equality Law Committee. Valeria is a regular speaker at international conferences. She has been consistently recognised by Who’s Who Legal (which also named her a ‘Thought Leader’ in 2020) for labour and employment law and for pensions and benefits law. She has also been consistently listed in Legal 500 EMEA for employment law.
