Broad employment and labour law expertise

Roxana has over 16 years of professional experience. She is the head of NNDKP’s Employment practice. She has extensive knowledge and experience assisting both private Romanian and foreign clients on the full range of employment matters, either in the context of major projects or during regular business activity. Her work includes advising and coordinating the implementation of internal rules, individual and collective dismissal processes due to redesign or downsize of activity, all range of termination of employment, implementing local transfer of businesses and transnational ones, conducting collective negotiations, dealing with discrimination and harassment claims, implementation of restrictive covenants clauses (employees’ non-competition, post-employment non-solicitation and confidentiality obligations), preparing the strategy and back-up documentation in employment claims. Her recent work includes advising on coordinating individual and collective dismissal processes due to restructuring or downsizing of the business, termination of employment, implementing transfers of undertakings (both national and transnational), conducting collective negotiations, dealing with discrimination and sexual harassment claims, implementation of restrictive covenant clauses and preparing the strategy and documentation for litigation claims.
