Roel Veugelers

Roel Veugelers started his career in 1992 in corporate law and acquisitions. That was his springboard to pensions law. He is now ranked in pensions law by Chambers Europe. Roel advises and litigates on all pension law issues and disputes. He advises a number of pension funds, financial institutions and international companies. Roel is particularly adept at formulating clear, creative and pragmatic advice and achieving results. Roel is also a mediator, binding advisor and arbitrator.

Roel regularly publishes pension related articles and is editor at Pensioen Magazine. Roel serves as a deputy sub-district judge and is a member of the Advisory Committee on Pensions Law of the Dutch Bar Association, in which capacity he advises on bills regarding pensions and is in regular contact with legislators on these bills. He also gives lectures on pension law subjects, both nationally and internationally.
