Paola Casorzo's labour and employment law practice extends over 18 years. She works with global employers and local market leaders on benefit polices and immigration issues.

Mrs. Casorzo advises national and foreign clients on benefits policies and working conditions, hiring and termination of workers, subcontracting and outsourcing, labour audits, social security, administrative proceedings before the labour authorities, visas and work permits for foreign personnel. She also has been a speaker at Chilean and international law conferences and has been recognized by Chambers & Partners.
