Labour litigation, collective conflicts and agreements

Pablo has more than 20 years of experience providing solutions to national and multinational companies in diverse aspects of employment and labour law. His practice includes individual disputes and litigation, settlement agreements, restructuring, international transfers, collective agreements, union requests and claims. He has completed several postgraduate studies in the labour field, including a Master in Labour Law and International Labour Relations (UNTREF) and Doctor of Juridical Science (UCA). He has also been an invited university professor at UADE and UCES.
