María joined the firm in 2019. She has worked for more than eight years as an associate in the labour law, social security and immigration practice areas of prestigious local and global law firms in Colombia. She graduated from the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is admitted to practice in Colombia. She also obtained an LL.M. degree in labour law and employment relations from Tilburg University, in the Netherlands, with a Cum Laude distinction. Additionally, she has a postgraduate degree in labour and employment law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
