Lee's employment work is both advisory and contentious, covering contracts, policies, employee relations matters, restructures and redundancies, family rights and tribunal proceedings. She has particular experience of advising on employment law aspects of complex global outsourcings and acquisitions. Lee also regularly coordinates employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions for international projects. She works with clients across a variety of sectors, such as media and entertainment, technology, pharmaceutical and retail.
Lee is frequently involved in TUPE and her work in this area typically includes transactional assistance, such as due diligence and drafting/negotiating employment protections in purchase agreements; and advisory support relating to the information and consultation process (including collective consultation), harmonisation of terms and conditions and dismissals. She also has extensive experience advising on apprentices, agency workers, part-time and fixed-term workers, interns and self-employed contractors.
