Jean-Michel Mir

Jean-Michel Mir is one of the founders of Ius Laboris and heads the alliance’s International Practice Group that handles restructuring and collective work relations. His main fields of focus include the labour aspects of M&A and restructuring transactions, both domestic and cross-border, for firms operating in various industry sectors.

Jean-Michel’s expertise in this field is widely recognised, drawing from counsel and litigation services spanning more than 20 years and demonstrated by the specialist articles and publications he has published on the subject.

Jean-Michel has further expertise in collective bargaining agreements and union relations, working hours, and employee savings and shareholding schemes.
