Emir has 25 years of experience in the legal profession. He is the managing partner and the Head of Employment, and supervises all engagements handled by the employment attorneys at the firm. He has a well-established employment practice, renowned for providing counselling on major employment matters for market leaders in the Croatian and regional business community.

The type of advice provided by Emir and his team includes advising on labour disputes, employment agreements, secondment, termination of employment, and negotiating and preparing settlement agreements. Under his lead, his team also covers issues related to incentives, compensation and benefit schemes, employee relations and HR policies, data privacy, and immigration issues.
