Dominika Dörre-Kolasa

Since 2004, she has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Labour Law and Social Policy at the Jagiellonian University. She is a well-regarded lecturer among students at the post-graduate courses of study in labour law at the Jagiellonian University, the University of Warsaw and the University of Wrocław, where she lectures on personal data protection in employment, discrimination and selected aspects of collective labour law. She drafts intra-company sources of law and negotiates with trade unions. She carries out legal and business ethics compliance audits and advises on the implementation of new legislation, in particular changes to the Labour Code and GDPR. Dominika is a highly regarded trainer, particularly specialising in workshops and training: on GDPR and privacy protection, on anti-discrimination in the workplace, for managers and members of anti-mobbing committees.
