Dominika Dörre-Kolasa

Dominika has over 15 years of experience in advising international corporations and domestic clients on labour and employment law, employee data protection, and protection of individual rights in employment with an emphasis on mobbing and discrimination. She is experienced in drafting internal corporate regulations and negotiating their implementation with trade unions. She also has experience in running legal and ethical compliance audits and implementing the ensuing recommendations.

For over ten years Dominika has been an adjunct professor in labour law and social policy at the Jagiellonian University. She is also a well-regarded lecturer at the Jagiellonian University’s post-graduate programme in labour law, where she lectures on personal data protection in employment, discrimination and selected aspects of collective labour law. She is the author of a number of articles and books on labour law and data protection, and a consultant to many legal journals. She conducts training sessions and workshops, in particular for top management and members of anti-mobbing commissions.
