Catalina Santos

Catalina has more than 13 years of experience exclusively devoted to labour law and social security. During that time, she has advised companies on a host of matters related to individual and collective labour law and social security issues.

Catalina is a graduate of the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is admitted to practice in Colombia and in Spain. She obtained a LL.M. degree in International Legal Practice at Instituto de Empresa in Spain. She also obtained an Executive Master degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Spain, in collaboration with the Harvard Law School. She worked for four years as an associate in the labour practice at Garrigues in Spain, where she advised and represented Spanish and foreign companies in matters related to individual and collective labour law and social security law. She pursued additional studies in labour law and social security at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Currently, she alternates her practice with academic lectures on labour and employment law at CESA.
