Biba Arciniegas is a senior associate in D´Empaire’s labour and employment team. She has been named as a ‘Rising Star’ by The Legal 500 and as a ‘Next Generation Lawyer’. She studied law at Universidad Central de Venezuela and obtained a master’s degree in international and European labour law at Amsterdam University. She has lectured in labour law at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
