Amy Nevins

Amy joined Lewis Silkin’s employment team in 2018 as an associate, before being promoted to senior associate in 2022, and managing associate in 2023. Amy leads Lewis Silkin’s global mobility practice focussing on cross-border jurisdictional issues as well as cross-border employee transfers. She works closely with international colleagues to co-ordinate advice across employment, immigration and tax and helps multinational organisations to shape a strategic and commercial international mobility strategy. Due to this, Amy has a particular interest in the changing world of work and how businesses can adapt to a location agnostic workforce. Amy advises also both employers and employees from all industry sectors on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues and employment litigation.
