Aldo Palumbo

Aldo Palumbo graduated from the University of Milan in 1991, and was admitted to the Italian Bar in January 1995. Aldo has accrued a significant experience in drafting contracts for top managers and incentive bonus plans, litigation, restructuring and outsourcing processes, industrial relations, employment and labor law due diligences in the framework of M&A and Private Equity deals. He has also being dealing with diversity and inclusion topics and gender pay gap advices. He is the author of articles and publications in the area of labor law and has participated in various sessions organized by the IBA (International Bar Association), the EELA (European Employer Lawyers Association) and the AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) as of speakers. He is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) and the European Employment layers association (EELA).
