Aldo Bottini was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1981 and has held right of audience in the Italian Supreme Court since 1988. A specialist in employment law, he has extensive experience in company restructuring, employment contracts, management of executive relationships, commercial agency agreements and litigation. He also has particular expertise in issues involving the remote monitoring of employees, and is the Chair of the firm's team dedicated to this topic.

Aldo is the author of many articles on employment law topics. He is the current Chairman and Founding member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association and is a lecturer at its School for Specialists in Employment Law. He is also a regular speaker at national and international conferences and seminars dedicated to employment law. Aldo is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association and the International Bar Association.
