Jørgen Vinding

Jørgen primarily assists clients in the public or semi-public sectors and advises on all aspects of labour and employment law. He is a highly experienced litigator and is dedicated to taking on some of the most complex and precedent-setting labour and employment cases in Denmark. He is among the ‎lawyers who have handled the greatest number of labour and employment ‎law cases for employers in the Danish Supreme Court and the Labour Court. Jørgen is considered a leading practitioner in Denmark in relation to the employment issues faced by public authorities and privatised companies, investigations and legal inquiries for employers in the public and private sector, and assisting foreign organisations with the labour and employment law aspects of setting up and doing business in Denmark. Jørgen has been a board member of the Danish Society for Labour Law since 2007.
