Post-Brexit immigration rules


The end of the Brexit transition period has brought with it many changes to the immigration rules that operate between the UK and the EU. We invited Sophie Maes, partner at our Belgian firm Claeys & Engels, and Naomi Hanrahan-Soar, managing associate at the UK firm Lewis Silkin, to tell us about the changes from both sides of the channel.
