Síobhra Rush

Síobhra has more than sixteen years’ experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. She advises international clients establishing in Ireland, and she has expertise in corporate reorganisations, transfer of undertakings and the employment aspects of commercial transactions. She has also represented clients in all adjudicatory bodies in Ireland including the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, the Circuit and High Courts. Síobhra regularly provides internal training for clients and presents and tutors within the Law Society of Ireland. She is consistently ranked in the Chambers Europe legal directory, where a client describes her as ‘responsive, proactive and pragmatic, as well as solution-oriented.’ She holds a law degree from University College Dublin, a Diploma in Business Studies from LSB College, a Diploma in Employment Law and a Certificate in Pension Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland. She is a member of the Employment Law Association in both the UK and Ireland, the European Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Law Committee of the Law Society of Ireland.
