Seppo Havia

Seppo Havia is the head of the Employment, Benefits & Pensions Practice at Dittmar & Indrenius. He has been practising employment law and dispute resolution, including litigation, since the early 1990s, representing multiple major Finnish and international corporations and institutions in their employment and pensions-related matters. Mr. Havia focuses on precedent-setting cases and is known for his extensive experience and insight into Finnish and international employment and pensions law and employee benefits-related matters, including reorganisations, M&A, outsourcing arrangements and dispute resolution. He also lectures regularly in professional events.
