Larissa Yemelyanova

Ms. Yemelyanova specialises in labour, civil, contract and immigration law. She has particular expertise contributing to projects requiring complex analysis and preparation of legal opinions. She has many years of experience in advising large foreign and local companies on a broad range of labour issues, including hiring of executives, problem dismissals, compensation, working regimes, occupational safety and labour protection, and the engagement of foreign workers. She also has extensive and successful experience representing clients in the courts and in inspections by governmental agencies, and has participated in due diligence for major companies throughout Kazakhstan.
