Jessica Jacobi

Jessica Jacobi has been a partner at the firm since 2003. Together with her team, she advises national and international employers on all matters of German employment law, including corporate reorganisations, mass redundancies, difficult cases of individual dismissals and internal investigations.

Jessica is an active member of the Ius Laboris International Expert Group for Data Privacy and frequently works in matters such as the implementation of new technical systems, data subject access requests and international data transfers. She is the author of many legal publications and a frequent speaker on topics within her areas of expertise.
