Christian K. Clasen

Christian advises on all aspects of labour and employment law with a special focus on industrial relations, collective bargaining, strategic conflict management, collective redundancy processes, transfer of undertakings and sports law. He is widely recognised as one of Denmark's leading lawyers in industrial relations. He is also a highly experienced litigator, handling litigation on all levels in the Danish civil courts (including the Supreme Court), the Labour Court and industrial tribunals. Christian is the main advisor to a wide range of major companies and employers’ organisations on collective bargaining issues as well as their strategic partner to handle complicated negotiation processes. He also focuses on private sector employers, particularly advising on the engagement, termination and compensation of senior executives. Christian is a member of European Employment Lawyers Association and is the national correspondent for Denmark for the publication European Employment Law Cases.
