Burkard Göpfert

Burkard Göpfert advises primarily on complex transformation, integration and restructuring projects and on the harmonisation of employment conditions.

He is the author and (co-)editor of a large number of textbooks on the topics of restructuring and employment law, and a lecturer at Passau University, and for over ten years he has organised the Handelsblatt annual conference on restructuring.

Burkard Göpfert is also co-editor of the journal Zeitschrift für Wirtschaftsrecht.
