Andrej Žmikić

Andrej Žmikić is an expert in employment and labour law matters. His experience includes providing advice to employers in different industry sectors and helping them remain compliant with the complexities of employment regulations in Croatia. He has supported various clients in corporate restructuring projects and in legal due diligence exercises, with a special focus on employment issues. Andrej is highly experienced in matters related to the status of foreigners, transfer of undertaking (‘TUPE’) arrangements, union negotiations, collective redundancies, managerial contracts, restructuring, anti-discrimination, drafting of internal employment policies, and employee health and safety.

Andrej’s focus is on preventive measures, but he also has extensive dispute resolution and employment litigation expertise. He is part of the firm’s dispute resolution group and its corporate and commercial practice group, especially with respect to project-related employment advice. He regularly represents high-profile domestic and international clients before the courts.
