Scott provides expert counsel and representation on a variety of complex employment law issues. He has considerable expertise providing advice on restructuring and redundancy, disciplinary processes, employee transfers and health and safety matters. Scott also has particular skills in employment litigation and dispute resolution. He has regularly appeared before the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court and Court of Appeal. He has litigated significant and high profile cases involving unjustified dismissal and reinstatement. He also contributes to the Wolters Kluwer New Zealand Employers Bulletin.
