Saffron O’Gorman

Saffron predominantly advises employer organisations, ranging from small startup organisations to large multinational corporations across various sectors, with a particular focus on employers in the technology, media, health and pharmaceutical industries. Whilst her practice areas are broad and she provides support on all day-to-day employment matters, she specialises in advising on employee transfers, international employment projects and all 'atypical' working arrangements, such as apprenticeships, agency workers, IR35 and employment status queries.
