Pablo Barbieri

Pablo Barbieri’s labour and employment law practice extends over more than 25 years working in individual and collective employment law. He advises companies and business chambers in individual and collective conflicts and restructuring, and provides representation in litigation before the national, federal and provincial courts and tribunals. He particularly specialises in complex litigation matters before the Argentina Supreme Court. Pablo has deep experience in labour and employment matters, litigation, compensation and benefits across a number of industries. He represents and advises the Argentine Federation of Temporary Employment Agencies. He is a professor at the Argentine University of Business and the University of CEMA in Buenos Aires, and he is also an independent arbitrator. Pablo has written many articles related to his area of specialisation.
