Luz María Arbeláez

Luz María is an attorney with a specialist degree in labour law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She has worked extensively on matters involving industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and human resources management. She is certified as a Health, Safety, Security and Environmental internal auditor by the Consejo Colombiano de Seguridad (RUC® oil and gas).

Luz María is a professor and lecturer, and is Executive secretary of ILERA - Colombia (International Labour and Employment Relations Association). She is also a Member of the Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social of Colombia.
