Expertise in collective bargaining, temporary assignment and corporate reorganisation
In her long career in employment law practice, Nataša Randlová has advised Czech and multinational clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, collective bargaining and HR management. She has extensive experience with reorganisations, managerial contracts, collective bargaining, outsourcing, business transfers and discrimination.
Nataša has been regularly recognized by various legal publications and rankings (including Chambers and Partners, Expert Guides, Best Lawyers, and Legal 500) as a star of the Czech employment law market. She was appointed as National Expert by the European Commission’s European Centre of Expertise, and is a member of the working committee for employment law and social security of the Legislative committee of the Czech Government.
She also acts as a mediator for collective bargaining claims and teaches employment law at the Department of Adult Education and Personnel Management at the Charles University in Prague.
