Javier Alonso de Armiño

Javier Alonso de Armiño has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer specialized in labour and employment law. He joined Sagardoy as an associate lawyer in September 2019 and was promoted to Partner in January 2025. Javier specializes in advising foreign multinational companies operating in Spain, as well as Spanish companies with international interests. He has extensive experience in matters involving conflicts of jurisdiction and applicable law, including litigation proceedings. Among various international mobility and service provision scenarios, he is an expert in legal solutions for digital nomads and international remote work. His areas of expertise also include the hiring of senior executives, internal and external restructuring processes, and the defense of clients in labour inspection proceedings. He received the Lexology Client Choice Award in 2024 and 2025.
