Ipek Pekdiri

İpek Pekdiri is an employment law attorney, actively involved in advising local and international companies on labor law compliance and workforce restructuring in Turkey. As a member of the retainer team at Bener Law Firm, she provides legal support on employment-related matters, including disciplinary actions, termination procedures, and corporate HR policies. Before joining Bener Law Firm, İpek gained extensive experience at Çukur & Partners Law Firm, where she advised multinational clients on corporate labor law, contract management and litigation. İpek holds a master's degree in Economics Law from Galatasaray University and a law degree from Istanbul Okan University. She regularly participates in professional training programs and symposiums on labor law, further strengthening her expertise in employment regulations.
