Expertise in international and Spanish labour and employment law
Iñigo has been practising law for 28 years and has wide expertise in Spanish labour and employment law and international matters. His main practice areas are expatriation and immigration and executive employment contracts. Iñigo represents employers in all areas of labour, employment and discrimination law and employment litigation (including class actions and alternative dispute resolution). His practice also includes working with national and international clients to develop human resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
He lectures nationally and internationally to employers and associations on a variety of topics including the employment law aspects of restructuring and downsizing, mergers and acquisitions, operations of global businesses, compliance with US laws and regulations, establishing global codes of conduct, positive employee relations, employment diversity, employment discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
