Inês Reis heads the employment team at ppbr. For more than 13 years she has concentrated her practice in employment law, social security and employee benefits. She has extensive experience in handling hiring negotiations, advising on the implementation of codes of conduct, as well as on restructuring and dismissal issues, transfer of undertakings and collective bargaining. She advises and represents national and foreign private companies ranging from multinationals to smaller businesses in many different industries including banking, construction, telecommunications, oil and pharmaceuticals, among others.
