Franco Toffoletto was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1982 and has held rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court since 1996. Franco assists leading Italian and foreign multinationals, including many FTSE 100 companies and household brands in a variety of sectors, providing them with local employment law advice on a global level. He is also considered one of the foremost leaders in legal technology in Italy. He is the author of numerous articles and publications in employment law. He often speaks at national and international conferences on a wide range of employment, labour and commercial agency agreement topics.

Franco is one of the founding partners of Ius Laboris, of which he was Chairman until 2012, and was a founding partner and Vice Chairman of the Italian Employment Lawyers' Association. Franco was also the Chair of the European Employment Lawyers Association from 2003 to 2007 and is a member of the International Bar Association. He has been consistently recognised and top-ranked by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Who's Who Legal, Best Lawyers and other leading directories.
