Dieter practises employment law, labour law, social security law and criminal employment law. He specialises in a number of sub-areas, including restructuring of companies (collective dismissal, closure and transfer of undertakings), working time, management contracts, privacy, discrimination and employment of foreign workers.

Dieter graduated in law from the University of Ghent and also has a degree in social law from the University of Brussels. He has participated in numerous seminars and published several articles. Dieter is also a member of the editorial committee of the law magazine Sociaalrechtelijke Kronieken/Chroniques de droit social.
